About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape innovative web applications from the ground up, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Develop and optimize back-end services, APIs, and databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers
- Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full stack
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and sprint planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar software engineering role
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular
- Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
