About the Role:
ADP TEST-LMS DR2-DONT USE is looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and performing at their best. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
- Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools and dashboards
- Respond to and resolve incidents, conducting thorough post-mortems and root cause analyses
- Develop and implement automation to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes across environments
- Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment
