About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll help shape intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences that delight users and drive meaningful results. Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity design assets
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
- Ensure visual consistency and accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred
