About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals
- Present and advocate for design solutions to cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
