About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit technical documentation including user guides, manuals, and online help content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to gather and verify technical information
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for varied audiences
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Support content management and version control processes for all technical materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role
- Strong proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or Adobe FrameMaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technical information and processes
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
