We are looking for a talented and driven Release Manager to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the full software release lifecycle from development through production deployment
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to align release schedules and minimize risk
  • Maintain and improve release management processes, pipelines, and CI/CD workflows
  • Track and communicate release status, timelines, and potential blockers to stakeholders
  • Conduct post-release reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage change control processes and ensure compliance with release governance standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases to ensure system stability and uptime
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Release Manager, DevOps Engineer, or similar role in software delivery
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release automation tools
  • Experience with Agile and/or ITIL frameworks and release management best practices
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
