About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Performance Engineer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for applications and systems
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to implement solutions
- Conduct load testing, stress testing, and scalability analysis using industry-standard tools
- Monitor system performance metrics and establish performance baselines and benchmarks
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance engineering, load testing, or a related role
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar
- Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and network performance
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams
