About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to drive product development from concept to launch
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Prioritize features and enhancements within the product backlog using agile methodologies
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and strategy to internal stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Proven ability to define product strategy and execute on a product roadmap
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
