We are looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner
- Communicate project status, updates, and reports to leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team members are aligned on priorities
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement project management best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in a professional environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
