Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Track account metrics and prepare reports on account status and performance
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Located in or able to commute to Florham Park, NJ
