Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Track account metrics and prepare reports on account status and performance
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Located in or able to commute to Florham Park, NJ
