Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, KPIs, and business development metrics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
