Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Track and report on pipeline activity, KPIs, and business development metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
