About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Manage learning management system (LMS) administration, including course uploads, enrollments, and reporting
- Partner with department managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Track and analyze training metrics to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
- Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and impactful new hire experience
- Maintain training calendars, materials, and documentation to ensure content is current and accessible
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update eLearning and instructor-led content
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related training role
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, Articulate)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
