Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and champion a positive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
- Support change management efforts and organizational development programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data analytics
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
