About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring software quality by designing and executing automated test solutions. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts
- Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify testing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track software defects through the full bug lifecycle
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and best practices across the QA process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in test automation engineering or a related QA role
- Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and performance testing
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
