About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll be the go-to tech expert, keeping our systems running smoothly and our team empowered to do their best work. Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets using IT service management (ITSM) tools
- Support user account administration including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role
- Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
