Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Provide product and service information to customers to ensure a positive experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Must be located in or able to commute to Florham Park, NJ
